As part of the project “Ostrołęka – Young People in the Centre”, co-financed by the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme, preparatory activities are currently underway for the construction of a modern Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

At this stage, the technical documentation for the planned investment has been received from the substitute investor and is currently undergoing a thorough review to ensure compliance with the applicable provisions of public procurement law.

The review includes, in particular, an analysis of the documentation for references to specific brand names, trademarks and other requirements that could potentially restrict fair competition. The purpose of the review is to ensure that the documentation meets all formal and legal requirements necessary for the preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure.

Once the verification process has been completed, the tender documentation can be prepared and the next stage of the investment can begin.
